Exercise

Using an app called MyPTHub (free for you) The following is provided

-Every exercise, the amount of sets, reps and weights are provided for the client

-Videos & step by step directions on how to perform the exercises properly so you can avoid injury and see full potential in muscle growth is accessible to client through app

-You will track your workout as you complete them using the app

-I will make adjustments based on your weekly progress 

Nutrition

Using an app called MyPTHub & MyFitnessPal (both free) 

-Proving a nutrition plan that’s simple but also obtainable 

-Being a positive resources if you have questions regarding choice of foods, the nutritional benefits of foods, helping you understand labels and portions

-Help you understand the role of a calorie deficit and a calorie surplus as well as calorie intake 

-Help motivate and encourage you to make better decisions when it comes to your food choices

-Help regulate the behavioral aspect of developing a much healthier routine

At this time, payment plans are not offered. To ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual protection, all clients are required to sign a formal agreement before services begin. This protects both the client and the coach by clearly outlining expectations, responsibilities, and the scope of the service.
